Generation 3 Construction LLC is a new name for us but is a culmination of many years of experience. Bryan Barnard, our third generation, with four years of building experience has recently joined with his dad, Herb Barnard, Jr., our second generation, who has been in the residential architectural and building business since 1973. Together they have formed Generation 3 in honor of Herb Barnard Sr., our first generation, who came to Austin in 1960 and began his own building business shortly there after. Herb Barnard Sr. joined ranks with Herb Jr. in the late 70's and built together in the Austin area until Herb Sr.'s retirement in 1986. At that time, Herb, Jr. included additions and remodeling to his repertory.
